Help Shape the Strategic Vision of California’s Community Colleges
With over two million students, California Community Colleges (CCC) are the largest higher education system in the nation. Half of the bachelor’s degrees from the California State University and a quarter of those from University of California are awarded to students from CCCs. Most community college students are employed and over one-third are the first in their family to attend college. Continuing to address the needs of an increasing and diverse student body is an ongoing commitment for community colleges.
That’s why we need your help! The Chancellor’s Office is developing a strategic vision for the community colleges to better serve the needs of the state. They are looking for your input to help guide the process and accomplish their goals of strengthening CCCs.
